Ainda há uma coisa importante que devo lembrar. Sempre dissolvemos o ácido succínico em forma de comprimidos em água quente.

Somente após esfriar adicionamos o alho. Também é importante mencionar que a água de alho dura muito tempo, mas após adicionar ácido succínico, essa solução só é utilizável por mais 3 dias.

Você vai precisar de:

1 litro de água
3 dentes de alho
1 comprimido de ácido succínico
Uma garrafa de vidro
Procedimento:

Dissolva o comprimido de ácido succínico em água quente.
Pique finamente ou amasse o alho e misture na solução resfriada.
Despeje a solução na garrafa de vidro e deixe descansar por um dia.
