Por isso, é crucial escolher o momento certo para plantá-las na horta, garantindo seu crescimento exuberante e a produção de frutos saudáveis e saborosos. Geralmente, as abobrinhas são plantadas entre a primavera e o início do verão, quando as temperaturas começam a se estabilizar e o risco de geadas noturnas desaparece.

Uma boa maneira de determinar o período ideal para plantar abobrinhas é observar as condições meteorológicas e as temperaturas do solo. As abobrinhas preferem temperaturas entre 18 e 25 graus Celsius e um solo bem drenado e rico em nutrientes.
